Dietitian Pro-Tip: Eat a Salad Everyday For Lunch For 7 Days (Video)

Eat a Salad Everyday

Dietitian Pro-Tip: Eat a salad everyday for lunch, for a weeks time (7 days).
I have been doing this for about a month+ now and have seen amazing results. You're going to have clearer thoughts, more focus (at work), better digestion, smoother bowel movements, feel lighter and have more energy, etc.

Why is this the case? These things will happen because most of us do not get nearly enough fiber in our diets, nor do we get enough of the antioxidants and micronutrients found in the vegetables/fruits that you are going to be eating in abundance once you start eating a salad everyday for lunch. Also we don't eat enough whole, raw, uncooked vegetables. A salad will help accomplish this.

The key is having:
1) VARIETY: Each day you could have a different salad, or make small variations. Eat salads with different kinds of fruits (avocado anyone?), vegetables, and beans/legumes/quinoa for protein.
2) A LARGE bed of green leafy veggies: (spring mix, mixed greens, kale, spinach, baby kale, baby spinach, micro-greens, romaine, mustard, etc. Get the idea??)
3) A HEALTHY dressing: I make a Dr. Sebi dressing consisting of olive oil, bit of maple syrup, cayenne pepper, sea salt and lemon juice! It's delicious haha ( Emoticono upset ) You can make homemade dressing or choose a low-fat dressing.

At first it may be difficult so you can eat it with a slice of whole grain bread (I use Dave's Killer Bread), or tortilla if you don't feel full, but eventually you will start feeling electric!

For salad ideas you should check out Pinterest(.)com they have thousand of salad ideas. You may add fruits, red onions, bell peppers, a bit of broccoli, carrots, chickpeas, basil, kale, blueberries, diced apples, whatever you like. Personally I put a lot of tomatoes, red onions, quinoa for protein, lots of avocado for healthy fats, and kale.

It's spring time so it's time to spring into action and feel ALIVE AND ELECTRIC. Bless up.

P.S. if you don't complete the 7 days you HAVE TO START OVER haha.

Are You Ready For the Coming Age of Abundance?

Movie Review: The Salt of the Earth

This documentary film comes highly recommended. The entire film is in English, French, and some Brazilian Portuguese but it has lots of subtitles. It details the life-work of social documentary photographer and photojournalist named Sebastião Salgado. The photos are so touching and moving, during the film I viscerally connected with them. Some of the photos uplifted me while others made me feel somber and sad. I stared in awe during some photos and while peering at others I found myself turning away in disgust at what I saw. The film is really amazing because it allows Sebastião Salgado to narrate and explain each photo, the background, the story of each person, tribe, group, massacre, genocide, etc that is depicted.
Without giving too much away, he film remains intriguing, inspiring and amazing throughout, but it goes from neutral, to grim and challenging, to renewing, refreshing and inspiring. I caught it at an indie theater in Los Angeles and would recommend it to anyone who wants to be inspired, incensed, and awed by the human condition. Peace and Power.

You Don't Have to Struggle ∞ Let the Chakra Energy Flow.

The truth of the matter is, we do not have to struggle. From childhood we have been taught only the strongest and fittest will survive via Scientific and Social Darwinism, we have been taught it via television through political campaigns and we've seen the common media-generated imagery of a man pulling himself up by his bootstraps. However the truth is there is so much abundance that exist, we do not have to struggle. I truly believe that struggling will only cause an energetic blockage in your chakras, in your world, and in your life. It'll block the flow of energy, of blessings, of opportunities and abundance.
I have goals just like any other man or woman on the planet. Recently I have realized that when I don't overexert myself, when I don't struggle  and worry to make something happen, I find the time, energy, motivation and money to make it happen or to reach it. I am not of the opinion that work itself is unnecessary, no. I am of the contrary stance. I believe work  is indispensable. Where I draw the line is between struggling and exertion. Struggling is tantamount to a fish out of water struggling for water (not air right? It's a fish), it's not natural, it's not fluid, it simply isn't normal. I see exertion on the other hand as a fish gracefully swimming to a destination. Swimming is work it is exertion, however the fish doesn't struggle because it is what the fish came here to do. This is the same process we all should go through when developing, working towards, and evaluating our goals. Am I struggling? Or am I working? Am I worried? Am I gasping for air, unsure whether or not I am going to survive? Or am I swimming past and working through obstacles and challenges?
You don't have to struggle. Be easy. Ain't no sweat. Let the chakra energy flow. The Wheels Must Turn as I say. Chakras are wheels of energy and they rotate and emit frequency when there is not stagnation. However when there is stagnation, as caused by struggling, Houston, we have a problem.

Peace and Power. Check out my video on Not Having to Struggle. Blessings.

8 Common Habits of the Rich and of Fortune Builders

Here are 8 Common Habits of the Rich and of Fortune Builders:

  1. Fortune Builders think big.
    • If you are going to become rich or become a fortune builder, you have to realize you are an important person with a lot to do and a lot to gain (in terms of capital and income). Therefore, your mind should be thinking in terms of millions of dollars. Starting off you should begin thinking in terms of $20,000 a week. That is the scale your mind should be on if you are wanting to make millions. $20,000 a week is roughly $1 million a year. You need to think big. You’re going to have to think about building something such as a business, a practice or a series of profitable investments to reach this amount. Remember to dream big because it takes the same amount of energy to dream big as it does to dream small. How you will make that much will come to you later. First off, realize you must think big.
  2. Fortune Builders do not think in terms of failure.
    • Stop beating yourself up. You have to change your perspective. You're on a road to fortune and being rich. It's not about failure. These are lessons along your road to fortune. Stay focused and realize that these so-called failures are actually lessons to be learned from. Do not fall to them. Keep going. Failures are only temporary pauses in your quest for your goal. They can be extremely useful in helping you to figure out how to do your thing better, faster and with more determination.
  3. The Rich and Fortune Builders set their own pace in their march toward fortune.
    • Some people are always in competition with others or are always measuring themselves up to someone else's standards. Were those people who are setting standards for you born with you in the hospital?? Are they going into the coffin with you?? No? Then set your own pace in your march toward fortune.  Don’t let anyone tell you how fast or how slow you should go to get where you want to go. Your job is to handle the obstacles, skip steps when appropriate, and always cut through the unnecessary crap in your way.
  4. Fortune Builders assume full responsibility for their defeats and victories.
    • If you plan on being a fortune builder or being rich, you must assume full responsibility of getting this goal done. No one will validate your dream until it's almost a reality. You have to be self-validating and fully responsible. Later on you will eventually get help and encouragement as you draw closer to your goals and it becomes obvious to everyone that you will reach it. But until that time comes, however, you have to make sure that you understand that if you want something done, do it yourself. It is nobody’s job to make you a fortune. If you don’t do it, it won’t get done.
  5. Fortune Builders make many, many quick decisions.
    • Act fast. Fail fast, and learn faster. Don't think too much. Think plan, then act. Do not procrastinate. Make many fast decisions everyday and gain more confidence, enthusiasm and, as a result, wealth everyday. In time you will build up a great reserve of confidence, knowledge and enthusiasm, all the factors needed to push you toward your goal.
  6. Fortune Builders have a clear conscious about making and having a lot of money.
    • Change your perception about making money. Money is not evil. It is neutral. Have a clear conscious about the value of making and keeping money. Money is not evil; it is freedom, independence and the ability to help those that you choose to help.
  7. Fortune Builders don’t give a damn about what people say.
    • Build up resilience and thick skin. People will doubt you. People will tear down your ideas and ridicule them. Develop the ability to ignore the doubts and negative opinions of others and having the strength to keep on pushing while being surrounded by disagreeable elements.
  8. Fortune Builders program and motivate themselves.
    • You will need motivation because there will be dark times. Cut out the negative news, television and friends who bring you down. Build a program of positivity, reinforcement, and support. You can design this program by following inspirational pages on social media like Instagram, subscribing to cool YouTube channels that motivate you, by reading, exercising and doing something religious/spiritual on a daily basis. The average guy/girl just watches television, watches some 'program,' on the news, but doesn't edify themselves or motivate themselves on the daily. But you are not Mr. and Mrs. Average. You are a fortune builder, you are a money maker, you are gonna be rich.
